This is what i came out with after asking him few questions

My partner name is Foo Pin Boon
1. What is your hobby ? Sleeping
2. What do you enjoy the most? playing

4. What do you dislike ? Assignments
5. What will you do at weekends? Nothing..sleeping
6. Use a word to describe youself. Lazy

After the questions, i think frog suits him the best because frogs usually just stay at his own place waiting for food. Frogs is playful as well sometimes hopping here and there.
